We’ll be using this space for posting and commenting on links, making short observations about what we’re reading, dispatches from readings and book parties and worlds outside literature (i.e. art, film, and television), funny things we think when we’re riding the subway, lists of our favorite KISS albums (Alive! tops the list, duh), twitter feeds we think are deserving of your attention, tweets we think are funny or stupid, picking fights with people who piss us off or ruffle our feathers (though probably not, because we are kind and gentle), music we like, connections we make between books and other books or between books and other mediums that we think may be relevant but probably not, awesome .gifs, lots of talk about the Tolkien legendarium, slightly less talk about the Star Wars legendarium, fantasy basketball, pictures of 17th century admirals that look like magic cards, videos of cats giving other cats massages, The New York Knicks (specifically Landry Fields), silly press releases that are sent to us, poems that make us laugh or cry.
Stuff we won’t post on the blog: things that are racist or hurtful or insensitive, commentary on that book about being a mean tiger mom, things that are boring.
